A man of possibilities. The iconic, ideal hero, formed from the expectations of the people. The first emperor of France. He ruled over much of Europe at one point, but his reign ultimately collapsed in the end. His tempestuous and dramatic life was not solely a result of his personal ambition and ability, but was also influenced by the will of the people. At least, that is how the Throne of Heroes has defined Napoleon the Heroic Spirit. Thus, the Napoleon that has manifested always acts as a man who answers to someone's hopes and desires.

During his lifetime, he was one who fought for the hopes and dreams of all around him. He rose to power as emperor with a great deal of support from the people. Even after he was exiled to the island of Elba, he returned when the people cried out for an emperor, and then when the people rejected the emperor, he once more fell to ruin. Napoleon the Heroic Spirit answers pleas, responds to desires, and does what is expected of him to accomplish whatever he takes on. Through the acknowledgement of various Napoleonic legends and becoming an embodiment of possibilities for humanity (apex primates), the man manifests into this world as a Servant.

Supposedly, the word "impossible" does not exist in his dictionary. Supposedly, he met Iskandar amid the pyramids. Supposedly, he destroyed the Sphinx of Giza by bombarding it. Supposedly, the French Revolution was a conspiracy created by a secret society, with which he was deeply involved. The man spent his entire life serving as the people's ideal, and so all the legends about him were interpreted as truth and etched into his being, making him a man who makes the impossible possible. This means he is pretty much a sort of superhuman.

Light of Possibility: B A skill quite similar to Pioneer of the Stars and, to a certain degree, Innocent Monster. All the legends pertaining to him, whether they be true or not, are all accepted to create an idealized version of the Heroic Spirit Napoleon. Upon his manifestation, he acts as, and ultimately becomes, the embodiment of expectation and possibility for all. "Yeah, I guess I did that too." The light of possibility...like a rainbow. Any enemy who encounters him is sure to see a rainbow streak across the sky. Imperial Privilege: B As he became the first French emperor, he possesses Imperial Privilege. However, in this game, this skill is typically not used.

『Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile』 Rank: A NP Type: Anti-Army Range: 1 - 99 Maximum Targets: 100 An Arc of a Rainbow that Announces a Triumphant Return. An artillery Noble Phantasm that shares the same name as the French triumphal arch. The possibilities inherent in humanity (apex primates) are transformed into a cannon shell, which streaks through the sky like a rainbow when fired. Using the Heroic Spirit Napoleon's very being as its base and adding in the legend that he bombarded the Sphinx of Giza, it has become a Noble Phantasm. Its outward appearance is a one-handed, reconfigurable cannon. Based on the legend of him destroying the Sphinx, this attack is particularly effective against Divinity.

He's never been particularly concerned with the stories that were told about his life. Corsica, Paris, Waterloo...all of that has been put to rest. Now that he has manifested as a Servant and an idealized version of Napoleon Bonaparte that bears little resemblance to his historical self, he has made the conscious decision to not simply be a ghost who clings to the past. Should the people heap all their dreams upon Napoleon, so be it. By holding onto that conviction, the man of today offers all for the people who live in the present and future. By the way... He has a bad habit of falling for a particular woman of his choosing every time he manifests. At least that's what he claims in the Scandinavian Lostbelt. His words and actions will need to be carefully observed to determine if that habit of his gets carried over when he manifests as a Heroic Spirit in Chaldea.
