Background
Bartholomew Roberts is the great pirate who commanded the largest pirate fleet in history. Contrary to the typical stereotype of an unruly band of pirates, he established a strict code of conduct that prevented internal conflicts and treason. While Bartholomew and his fleet won many a battle, he died fighting against the Royal Navy, which ultimately marked the end of the Golden Age of Pirates.
Profile 1
Height/Weight: 188cm, 79kg Origin: History Region: Caribbean Sea Alignment: Chaotic-Evil Sub-Attribute: Human Gender: Male He loves anyone, male or female, who has their eyes covered by their hair. One eye or two, doesn't matter. They don't even have to be human, for all he cares.
Profile 2
A sharp dandy. His genial and attractive disposition is alluring to both men and women. However, given he is a man who aspired to become a pirate, internally he is a good match against Blackbeard. Bartholomew often complains that he doesn't want to be lumped together as Blackbeard, but he's only talking about the way he talks and looks. The idea that "pirates take and take and take everything, and then everything gets taken away at the end" rather lines up with Blackbeard's philosophy.
Profile 3
Voyager of the Storm: A+ The ability to drive anything that's recognized as a ship. Because even the leader needs abilities of their own, this is a specialized skill that combines both Tactics and Charisma. Bartholomew led the world's largest pirate group and commanded absolute authority among them. Pirate Gentleman: A Despite being a pirate, Bartholomew obeyed the laws, living as a stylish, handsome gentleman. This skill also comes from the fact that he divvied up his shares according to law. There was also language touching on welfare and benefits, apparently. Swift Pillager: A A skill that determines how much one excels at pirating. As the leader of the largest pirate crew in the world, Bartholomew was brilliant at this. And from that, his piracy against forty-two Portuguese ships is legendary, where he not only stole sugar and cigars, but forty-thousand Moidore gold coins and even a cross set with diamonds made for the king of Portugal.
Profile 4
『Black Dirty Barti Howling』 Rank: C+ - B+ NP Type: Anti-Army Range: 1 - 20 Maximum Targets: 15 ships in the direction of deployment High-Class Pirate Baronet Howl. Pirate ships open fire. As Bartholomew is no longer bound by the sea, a barrage of attacks fires from all directions. However, in order to increase its maximum strength, a strategy needs to be formed beforehand, and if the target is a famed captain or a strategist, they can easily see through Bartholomew's attack.
Profile 5
Bartholomew didn't become a pirate because he wanted to be one. Originally Bartholomew was a second mate on a ship called the Princess, but the ship was captured by pirates led by Captain Davis, and he was forced to join the crew. Yet, perhaps due to his innate disposition, after the death of Captain Davis, Bartholomew was selected to succeed him as captain by the rest of the crew. Surprisingly, this decision was made a mere six weeks after Bartholomew was recruited. Though Bartholomew's debut as a pirate was a resplendent one, there was a time when an adjutant of his took off with a ship and goods. Because of this incident, Bartholomew vowed to never let anything like this happen again and drafted a pirate code. He forced his subordinates to repeat the code and made them swear an oath on a Bible. The pirate law included equal distribution of booty, no drinking after eight o'clock at night (which unfortunately was never followed as strictly), no gambling and other related restrictions, as well as guaranteed money in case a crew member gets injured during active pirating and needs to retire. Additionally, he also allowed people from ships he captured who refused to become pirates to be released, despite the opposition of most of his crew.
Profile 6
It goes without saying that being a pirate meant he met a ghastly end. After being ambushed by the HMS Swallow, Bartholomew maneuvered his ship for a counterattack, only to have his throat torn out by grapeshot. When his crew saw him abruptly fall, they appealed to him to "fight like a man, Captain," but he was already dead. Utterly demoralized, the crew surrendered. Out of the two hundred sixty-four survivors (a number disputed even to this day), seventy were deemed to have been mid-voyage recruits or simple musical entertainers. Most were either put to death, sold into slavery, or condemned to hard labor. (At the time, a sentence of mining labor was as brutal as a death sentence.) It is unclear whether Bartholomew was obsessed with mekakure during his lifetime, but he has spoken frequently and passionately of their charms since his summoning. A capable Master should be able to deflect his fast-talking.
